Have your water bill handy. You will need your account number and either your full name or street address.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will not be able to see data and set up alerts until a new meter has been installed at your home or business. Once you have set up an appointment with Hydro Utilities, LLC and they have come to your home and installed a new ultrasonic water meter, then you will be able to see water consumption data and create alerts in the Consumer Portal.
